Is anyone having success getting a commercial line of credit in Ohio (NE)?

This was just advice of course, no guarantees of results.Regardless of the type of auction, once you own the property you can do anything legal that you want with it.

The books mentioned on these forums  like The Millionnaire Real Estate Investor  etc and also googling on  youtube and going through AIRDNA , Awning And Rabbu ,,of course take it with grain of salt,,

In fact, I've had VA buyers get back money at closing because they asked for a large seller credit in their offer.Personally, I'm house hacking in Belmont Cragin and open to sharing my experience.

Sure , when Amazon is return to office full time and the convention center picks up more events I’m sure this will have it’s moment of glory but I think this ran it’s course and I don’t feel attached to this.

The apartment is next to a golf course and 1 min walk to the beach.

Sometimes deals are stolen there and of course there are those times where people like to pay 101% of market value =)

OF course it gets blamed on the Contr, but usually it's because the customer went for a Draftsperson or cheap architect....
