Hi all - I'm at the very beginning of my Real Estate Investing journey. Recently finished the book "How to Invest in Real Estate" which is how I ended up signing up for this site. Curious to know what resources you all used when first starting to learn more about real estate investing?

I've googled and read lists from various websites, however, I always like to get input from people who are actually living this reality.
