There's no reason anyway for them to know who you really are, it helps take the emotions out of it all, and this way you never feel like you are being put on the spot. 

For me I chose to keep it for emotional reasons because Its still the nicest property I have lol.

Becareful not communicating what you are doing with the seller.

Does she provide you with constant and ongoing communication?

If the BK attorney has an offer he should be communicating that to the court and the intentions of his client.
