If you are intent, focused and do a zero based budget every month, you will pay of your debts quicker than you think.I guess I am at the point where you can talk numbers all day and rationalize why to do this and do that, but I am here to tell you get those suckers paid off as quickly as possible, because they will wreak havoc on your lifestyle in the long run.We have been conditioned to treat student loans as they are no big deal, that its just a part of life, that it is something we have to deal with.

I don't think an app will handle everything we need at this point.I guess I should have also mentioned that all of our units are treated as single units; we have several duplexes and 7'plexes.

If he tells you that you may need a structural engineer it may be a bigger unknown .not seeing it sounds like one or a few of the joist are damaged. if that is the case it can be repaired in a day a so with sissor the joist or install new joist to put the load back on the joist that is transferred.Jeremy said termite could be but one look will tell you what is going on if so you treat it and do the same thing if the damage is not to bad.
