For those that are active realtors and investors how do y’all market on social media, flyers, letters, signs and other material as a realtor and investor?

You have to decide on how you will market to them is it via direct mail, cold calling, door knocking, or social media.

Social media, texting, and e-mail are great, but they're destroying our social and communication skills.

They will not qualify for a modification as they are on a small social security income.

It may be social media, it maybe swinging a hammer.

Some provinces' social development agencies have programs where they will provide various forms of support in exchange for a portion of a building being dedicated to affordable housing.  

From what I noticed - only a handful of companies in my area I found to have a good website, well-managed social media accounts, and conversion-optimized strategies.

The person  I tried last year was not good, did not know basic things like that I did not need to pay social security on the kids salary for a family business. 

I guess I should cut back on that but I'll go crazy not being social - it's tough enough being new in a huge city with a small network.
