As I posted in another thread, just be cause it's an REO doesn't mean it's a good deal.

Our information is spelled out on the site please do not misinterpret it and change it around to benefit your cause but rather clue in everyone on entirety of the message instead of trying to pick something that works for you and everyone else.The rule of thumb is that the longer the item has been on your report the most likely chance is that it will be removed.

While that statement may be true, it plays a very small role in the real world of buying REO as most properties will never come close to causing the bank a legal/regulatory problem.

IMHO, people sometimes use this as a grab bar, and over time cause the loosening.

I would also like an opinion from someone who isn't too familiar with stocks cause I know they can relate to me.

I am guessing that an image that is 80 pixels across will be pretty small so space should not be much of an issue.I noticed that one BP member has a large image that causes the texts to reformat (text column is compressed).
