You can just add this in the description on airbnb.My neighbor has the battery powered cameras and he has found the batteries need to be changed much more frequently than he imagined as there is always a lot of motion triggering the camera.I have a commercial system that powers the camera by the same ethernet cable they are plugged into.

What I would suggest is making the connections in another state (if you plan to move states to start investing) and taking frequent but longer trips to visit properties (if that state is far).

Those are frequented by investors as they like to keep a good network of agents/wholesalers to bring them deals. 

I recommend visiting the forums frequently and attending local REI meet-ups to decipher what successful investors are implementing in their respective markets.

Richard, one of the reasons I think of targeting entertainment pros is because my landlord frequently rents out his unit to them - we've had actors/actresses and, recently, a director of photography stay in his unit for 1-3 month stays.  

This comes up frequently.
