I feel like I have the basic knowledge to finally get started and escape my analysis paralysis.

Brother=moved to NV with Tesla. 2nd brother moved to Austin TX.

Then admitted it was his brother-in-law that just came back from job core, has only there for 4 days and will be leaving in 8 days.

I realized that even though we have been discussing it for over a year, my brother who had talked about putting up the majority of the cash seemed reluctant when it came down to actually financing the deal and making an offer.
