Starting out in tax sales

Hi all,

My brother and I are starting out in the wonderful world of real estate investing this year! We have a strong interest in tax liens and deeds. We've done a lot of studying and training on both and now just have to put it all into action. We would love to hear any advice, precautions, success stories (and horror stories) from anyone that has taken part in tax sales. Also finding investors has been a difficult roadblock for us, if anyone has participated in a tax sale auction, we would love to hear how and what investors you used. All and any input is greatly appreciated.
