The home is brick and is beautiful on the outside, and will be beautiful on the inside when it is completed.  

@Jon Adams alright then don't fret, you probably have it right, just an awkward moment in the market.Do you  keep records of people who call asking for places??

I've been in contact with one here on BP and am looking in my local area to build up a relationship, bounce my thoughts off them with regards to my business plan (buy-n-hold currently, not necessarily interested in flip-n-fix at this moment).I assumed the rates to be higher.

The entire warehouse was full of absolutely beautiful cars!

There are many wonderful opportunities here if you have some equity built up, which I don't at the moment.

I'm sure there are smaller operations but none that I know of at the moment.

We found a home in a nice area, listing says "Beautiful Home ...great for a family"...boasts all our needs in a home.Neighborhood is family friendly and we had mutual connections of other known people with the landlord we will call H.H is in charge of the home but not the owner.

I'm here in Palm Beach County and we're in a seller's market at the moment.
