You keep me inspired to keep searching for my first BRRR property!

The stories like these inspires a newbie real estate investor like me to invest on a good property and wait for the time when it become fruitful.

This has allowed us to tap into all three of the above scenarios because of these solutions.Scenario #1:  Out of State BuyerSolution A:  We stay on board as the managing partnerSolution B: By staying on as Managing Partner, the OSB is confident in the project.  

None of the work inspired confidence. stuff half done... wires hanging...

Just exploring some options and seeing what I can learn from all of you amazing investors out there that are inspiring me to get started!

It will surely inspire any new investors who just waiting on the fence whether to take jump or not. 

I want to create financial freedom to be able to not have to work and eventually purchase multiple properties in other regions of the country to vacation in when not rented.Additionally, I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts and I have to say they've re-inspired my love for real estate.

This is where I got my inspiration.

I’ll accept it as a challenge that I have to just get more creative and not rely on my own resources but use the resources of other investors that’s more experienced by possibly  sharing a part of these deals.... thanks again for your response and inspiring me to think outside my box!
