They do add back depreciation and some will even add back auto and home office expenses, but not much else.If you are going to be a successful investor you need to invest some time in learning about lending - so you make better investing decisions.Currently, if you have a family member willing to lend you cash, why don't you ask them if they are willing to be your cosigner if you don't qualify for a loan in 6 months?
