@Rick Alvialso go to har and setup an alert for the house that met your criteria, i'm pretty sure they will also let you do that with a regular customer account as well, or you can pm me your email with the criteria of the house u r looking for and i will set up an alert to go to your email daily or weekly .welcome to BP

I'm still new to REI myself but what I can say is to listen to the BP podcasts, visit local REI meetings and setup some keyword alerts for your particular area.
