Thanks,Jacob PereiraMany, many lessons were learned after that, but I think the biggest takeaway that I got was that acquiring on a property is only the very start of the work, and until you've stabilized the property and have the systems in place to tackle a wide variety of contingencies, it's a very bad idea to leave town (let alone the country).
