I feel like long term the Hudson County area properties will continue to appreciate as demand gets pushed here from an increasingly expensive New York market.Are there any experienced real estate investor's with their brokerage license that can sit down with me discuss my options moving forward. 

Anyone know whether it is better to rent in a new city first or buy a cheap condo (under $85k) to house hack? 

Rents in Quantico are extremely depressed due to the BS of getting into the city. 

I felt like the city was listening.

Lots rarely go up in town and there are even very few houses on the market - it is also one of the original sized .5 acre in city limits lots which are rare now.

But sarcasm aside, I would say something like "I got your address from the public record on file in *blah blah* county/city/state."
