I recently attended a landlord training put on by the city of Cincinnati. 

It comes up a lot.My personal faves are attending a lot of local REI meetups and local REI Facebook groups.

I’m connected with you on LinkedIn though, so I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for future events you’ll be attending.

@John Funk,Not personally, but I do recommend that you attend some local REI meetings - a LOT of local REI meetings. 

Furthermore, start attending a meetup every week with the intention of networking and create your own so that you can bring a property request sheet to it.

I recently attended an event where the guest speaker was Ryan Wehner from Wehner Multifamily, LLC.

A bonus would be if there is a real estate meetup that we could attend while visiting.
