Wholesalers, what is the current term for Transactional Funding?Is it Flash Funding?Is it Short-Term Funding?
Is it Same-Day Funding?Is it ABC Funding?
Some of these are new to me.  Love to hear your take.

@Kevin Coco-Senyszyn if you're super hign-end, then you should get the listing on the MLS.Many high-end renters do hire agents to find them a home.

Therefore when its fully occupied can super nice cash flow.

Especially for new investors this is super important in my opinion.

You are never going to find Class B C properties in good school districts and super safe areas.
