I'm fine if the wholesale deals they get in Katy are few and far between since we have several other productive marketing avenues, but I'd like to find a few reputable wholesalers to work with and get tossed on their lists for homes that meet my criteria.The whole meet and greet in person thing to explain the process annoys me because it means driving into Houston to hear something they could tell me over the phone, but if that's what I have to do, I will.

LOL... now maybe when the politicos can't get their bottle of Silver Oak or Screaming Eagle they will take note.. but Trump does not abide so he does not care LOL.When I grew up in Cupertino as kids we cut apricots picked cherries etc etc.in Oregon folks my age used to pick berries  Blue  Bosyn black you name it.now get a 16 YO off his smart phone or computer game and put him or her out in the fields..

I have a listing up on VRBO & Airbnb for one of my Las Vegas condos and I get a message from a guy requesting dates and asking for my phone number for more information on the property.

Probably just a FOR LEASE SIGN -no vacancy and a phone #....

I'll check in on phone every other day or so when we're in cell coverage area.

Stay away from teams that are going to sit you in front of a phone all day and produce leads for them.

Because trying to read, not to mention work, with an Excel file on a phone is just not feasible.
