Being a realtor in a large and busy city means that I have little time to relax and enjoy life outside of work.

I am buying this house without a realtor so I am ignorant to the costs of using one.

If you work hard an realize that being a real estate agent is a full time job if you want to make good money in it you will be fine.Some key points were made alreadyFind a broker who is going to offer training and learn as much as you can.. i am sure some people will agree with me"training is a journey not a destination" you just dont train for 2 weeks and know it all.i feel that you will be training and learning forever in any job, so go to your local board of realtors and if they have some trainings use it make sure your broker has a trainging program.

Also, join your local REI club and network with other investors, lenders, realtors, etc.You can also ask questions here.

The biggest problem here is for realtors (and I assume you are not one).

Get a local realtor as part of your team and they can help you by not only telling you if a property is under contract but also inform you of when new homes come on the market.

Is that the cost of tranferring title and realtor fees?
