Look for civil cases and see if there are any evictions filed under small claims court (that's at least how they are filed here in IN).

From my own personal experience @Brandon Carlson I had to consult and hire my own attorney as the lead attorney who represented my other five siblings was hesitant to take me on as a client.What Iv'e learned from my past experience researching probate files, probate attorneys represent the PR (Personal Representative) while the PR represents the decedent (estate).The attorney can be a friend, can be evasive or slow you down.

You have to use the (4) month benchmark because it takes (120) days for the Lis Pendens to be filed to start the foreclosure process.

Only have 1 year of tax return for self employment and when I file taxes in January, I will have a full 2 year for self employment tax returns.
