Passive income is addictive and while you may not be drawing a regular paycheck at 40-50 you will need something to keep your mind busy and trust me, sipping umbrella drinks on the beach is not the answer.  

Looking at a property in myrtle beach to purchase as a short term rental.

@Kelsey Ardoin picture number 31 talks about it being a beach house, I believe this picture may be on the wrong listing. 

Primarily Pinellas county, which includes Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach and St Pete Beaches.

Also, if there is any forum/website/similar where there are US/Canada purchasers with interest in European luxury real estate and in particular in the Mediterranean would be much appreciated.Thank you!

I know one landlord with a house in Oceanside near the beach who rents bedrooms for $1500 each and does very well!
