What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

You can make more if you self manage, but that takes time to set up and there can be a learning curve that costs money.Our agents are well versed in providing full financial breakdowns of every property they look at.  

I'd say stay away from those groups. 

This lead me to my local FB group.  

Realistically, what would you want to see from a private lender?

Not even wire fraud, we’ve wired to and from this same attorney on the EXACT same process months prior.

The issue of the exposed plumbing on the wall took about 3 weeks to finish from start. 

Did you put $130k total into this condo?
