It's the area of my soccer league so I knew personally many of them (PAASL league).During 1990s, the one that bought in this area is usually NASA Engineers or Lockheed.In 1995, a Netscape guy started buying property in Palo Alto, house is still around 400kIn 2000, an engineer from Cisco Systems is buying these property, house is around 600kIn 2005, Facebook tech leads or guy from Intuit is buying these properties.Coming 2010, Google guys buying Palo Alto/Mountain View property during The great crisis, usually there're about 100 offers on the same house, price is around 900k at that time.2015, okay Netflix guys is buying Palo Alto homes along with their Palo Alto Networks engineer friend.

I have seen two different builders say they do not install dehumidifiers and what they put in instead is a fan in the wall that will kick on when the humidity gets to a certain level.

One thing that concerns me (before any research) about a full is the humidity, seems like we would need to install some kind of fan which adds complications in my eyes because you're all the sudden touching a different part of the house (I think).

And while I'm never a fan of taxes, this is a small enough amount that you're not going to really hurt. yourself letting this one go - especially if you don't want to buy back in now.If the tax was as much as a big chunk of a down payment my answer would be very different.Or as I've been known to say - no one ever went broke paying tax on profit.
