Again, for less than cost of blinds some times but certainly a lot less maintenance than blinds and, as mentioned, for some stylings blinds just are not the right fit and glass treatment can be a nice improvement, and improved showing/ user experience = $$$$.

My goal was to build enough capital to have enough down for my own rental properties but havent been able to get a single deal since (tough market) that is until i partnered up with another team who are getting dozens of preforeclosures at a deep discount and either shortsale or wholesale them. my question is, how can i find investors interested in those properties on this app?

(It's also possible that because your loan amount is going to be so high, the 28K still fits within the allowance; I don't deal with regular residential mortgages enough to know the exact allowed percentages right now but I know it frequently comes up as an issue.)My other major question/concern would be whether it's actually a legal 4-unit property, particularly regarding the basement unit you mentioned.
