Hello everyone, I barely got into REI earlier this year in march. I started off by wholesaling 4 condos that same month in Socal. My goal was to build enough capital to have enough down for my own rental properties but havent been able to get a single deal since (tough market) that is until i partnered up with another team who are getting dozens of preforeclosures at a deep discount and either shortsale or wholesale them. my question is, how can i find investors interested in those properties on this app?
