He's a hard worker and on the ball!

I have been used to ball parking my costs and I have been lucky so far...and I think that if I am going to get a bit more serious about rehabbing  and flipping I need to put  better time and care into cost analysis.  

I am really going to start driving more and covering some serious ground to get this ball rolling.

And thanks to @Brian Gibbons who is willing to give you the information and or the necessary tools to get the ball rolling.

Without any knowledge of construction and development, there are so many things that you can miss when you are just eye balling a property, that can cost huge sums in the end.

I want to get my duck in a row and get this ball rolling!

So I previously started a thread about a property I was looking at and I put an offer in, admittedly it was a low ball offer.

I'm confident that there will be equity in the property.Yesterday I had a meeting with my local bank to get the ball rolling and I have a follow up meeting on Friday.

If they aren't willing to play ball then you need to find someone who will.Just don't rely on them as your only option because then they have all the leverage.
