So I'm wondering when I'm speaking with potential tenants, are there certain questions I should ask to get a feel for how they'd be as a tenant besides what the apps, credit and background checks will show?

AirBnb strategy makes me extra 1-2K a month in cashflow. also I use VRBO and Booking.com but best experience is with AirBnb (you can filter bad apples)

Idk if its my app of I'm doing something wrong.

Could I count income from the rental on my new loan app?

As far as looking for houses I would hit some local real estate investment clubs or join the local Meetup group(Meetup app) and see who is wholesaling properties so you fond the best deal.

From what I see the people are mostly comparing apples and oranges.

-the second way to a woman's heart is a welcome gift package (about $10 in dollar tree supplies: toilet paper roll, cleaning paper roll, toilet plunger, toilet brush, dish dispenser, soap dispenser, shower liner) + 1 box/pack of water bottles-the third way to a woman's heart is a nice home/unit smell (apple + cinnamon/santal wood/ebony....)short version:-you need to find your niche!
