My other tip is this: don't look at real estate (primarily) as a source of cash flow.

As much as how stressful and painful going thru this, I am trying to be positive and take this as an opportunity to get a fresh new start.

What’s the best route to access the equity from the rental?

I would have really liked to invest where i live, but Minnesota really does not have the price point for neighborhoods that will help scale Brrr.As I am just starting out i would like to start in zipcodes which are not already exhausted with Brrr investors.
