The search has been easy because the person's name is unique,only one such person in the county and the property only had one prior owner.

So, your experience is not unique....

The reason for this is that we live in a very unique neighborhood with restored mid century modern flat roof homes.

AND we know from human psychology that positive inputs are 1/4 power of NEGATIVE inputs, so.... that says to re-wire people requires a NEGATIVE message to then naturally lead to the pre-selected choice. 

They go and find deals in your price range and then present all the numbers of the deal and you select which one you want to offer on.

I turned $200 in material into thousands in value just using some sweat equity.I also hear from applicants when leasing our houses that the selected ours because it was clean.
