My oldest STR was built in 1906.  3 story, 4 baths, jacuzzi, 8 beds and a ghost in it. 

Well at least here in NJ where the property taxes on a 2 Bed condo are $6,000/year, $340/month Maintenance and $400,000 mortgage when you can rent it for 2300 and actually invest in something that pays you

The general rule that I have found is to sell the property if it is greater than 5x the net annual cash flow of the property.The details are as follows:Ohio 2 Bed, 1 Bath, small lot, updated mechanicals and modern floor plan and finishes. 

The yard is full of toys and garbage (when I mow the lawn I have to pick it up) and there's a damn bunk bed frame sitting on the front porch despite me telling her to move the thing. 

Originally a 4 bed 1.5 bath, we created a master suite with a walk-in closet out of the 4th bedroom to make it a nice 3/2.

Multiple bedrooms so children can go to bed early2.

Beautiful 1 Beds between $1200-$1400. 

I would be asleep in my bed until 8am, at which time I would tape a large 8.5" x 14" piece of yellow paper to his door with the word "TRESPASSING NOTICE" in big bold letters at the top and the details of breach and criminal trespass below. 

. - By this point wifey is in the tail end of her 3rd trimester, obviously no one is moving anywhere at this point except onto a hospital bed once in labor.- They rent out House A to cover the mortgage, 12 month lease. - Wife has baby, apartment too small, no fault evictions in Oakland are a pain in the butt.- They purchased another home with an owner occupant loan and 5% down a few months after closing on their first, about a half mile away (job transfer to other side of the country = that exception is granted on a routine basis, it being the exact same neighborhood makes this unusual).- Underwriter would have been within reason to ask for a birth certificate to line the date of that up with the rest, but in this case elected not to.Note the unusual circumstances surrounding this.

Also, I think they are mostly 1 bed, 1 bath but it doesnt say that.
