Run down SFR that needed more than a face lift. Originally a 4 bed 1.5 bath, we created a master suite with a walk-in closet out of the 4th bedroom to make it a nice 3/2. We installed HVAC + ductwork instead of keeping the window unit, swapped the 120 amp panel for a 200 amp and changed the old cast iron and copper plumbing to PEX and PVC.
New roof, floors, cabinets, appliances, light fixtures, paint, etc, etc, etc
