If the market doesn’t support STRs anymore, switch to hosting traveling nurses or corporate housing guests for 1-3 months and stay until the end of the lease, then sell all the furniture and don’t renew the lease.

All three units have indoor laundry and are habitable in current condition but mostly in original condition.

I also to travel to Austin and San Antonio monthly do I am open to connect with anyone in Those areas as well.
