Does it generate traffic to my website?

That did slow does the traffic but now since the cameras are gone, it's a zoo there. 

Of course, less traffic in the summer (room for corporate rental!)

It is located in an extremely high-traffic location in a very trendy and well-established neighborhood.

I list on AirBnB and VRBO, although 90% of my traffic comes from AirBnB.I’ve been running a STR for 3 years now (Carlsbad, California) and it does great.

You have easy access to beaches, mountains (skiing and hiking), awesome restaurants (Portland was named 2018 Restaurant City of the Year by Bon Appetit in 2018), a fantastic craft beer scene, far less traffic than found in some of the other states and also affordable!

The traffic count there is extremely high, made up of 90% vacationers, but there are no competing hotels nearby, just a handful of small cabins and bed and breakfasts.  

I actually take Niles sometimes when traffic is bad to get home.. work in Fremont.
