If another tenant months or years from now was ticked at me and decided to file a lawsuit and some lawyer was able to track my records to determine that I made an exception for another tenant and didn't offer them the same courtesy, I could get into a lot of hot water.What do you think?

Then if something has to be re-filed, a person has to be tracked down, a quiet title action has to be completed, etc. it is on them to use their resources to fix it.
