They are smart enough to not listen to those that say it is no problem and looking long and hard at how to scale local companies without blowing them up or asking them to renovate and manage properties that they would otherwise never touch,They are finding that the best way to do it, is still the old fashioned way.

good topic,not having cleaned out a rental properties' garage of mine years ago. now I have a partner sharing it with me/ (who cleaned it out/fixed it up) cuts the grass at the property/pays me a c note a month for sharing use of it, and nobody will dare touch it as he is known to hurt a fool who dares steal from him around baltimore
