Option 1: Start with a brokerage that may give you leads but take more of a % from you because they do provide you with the leads or; Option 2: Start with a brokerage who will give you the education and training to teach you how to do the work yourself.Me personally, I decided with the brokerage who will teach me how to fish that way I wont need you to feed me and I can go out into the world fully equip to gather my own fish.

They do not teach real estate and they usually teach only those aspects that relate to the moment, to the transaction, not the underlying methodology that allows you to understand what is really going on.
