I just listened to a short podcast talking about Uber co-founder Garrett Camp's recent launch of Haus.

Maybe talk about Central Florida or maybe I can run an address by you? 

After talking to another PM, I think I will just get lead-safe certificate now and will do lead-free remediation when the condition of the interior is not as nice as it's now.  

I talked with him for about 30 minutes and he will be the first person I reach out to in the future.On a related note while talking with Charlie I learned that rental income is taxed the same whether or not the property is owned by an LLC, so there are benefits from a liability standpoint but not really a taxation standpoint in an LLC.  

I believe like so many neighborhoods Feltonville will make a turn, but I believe it is years away and I am talking beyond 5. 

Right now the plan would be to Buy and Hold but we've also talked about flipping as well.Any advice from the community? 

You need to go talk to lenders to get one lined up and to find out their terms and how long it will take them to refi for you.

I have done a lot of researching and talking to people on this matter, but I am still not 100% sure, so here it goes.I am currently on a month-to-month lease where i have paid my last months rent along with a security deposit.

If we are talking south shore I would include investors and interest parties in Rhode Island as well.
