If you have student / car / credit card or other debts they gotta go.

In my opinion bad debt is when you pay a debt that is not making you money for example paying bills and student loans.

They can get others to do much of the work and bush beating and participate in each deal.

I haven't had a hourly-paying job since 2007, been a college student since 2008, and a Realtor since 2011.

College students are a a bit different then dealing with grownups.
