I would like to train under an investor and offer my hard work and even a fee to learn the ropes of buying and hold, flipping to wholesalers or any buyer, REO, and foreclosure auctions.

I know I'll sound like a trained parrot on this one, but definitely take advantage of cheap money from other sources (banks, desperate/willing sellers, etc.) in this economy.

If you have to go potty, whether you do it in stall #1 or stall #2, it still goes into the same set of pipes to wherever.

People are expensive and hiring tons of them all at once will still necessitate training and some ramp-up time.

If this person leaves after you've spent time training them, etc., then you are in a bind and have to start over.

As you might have taken years of training in your profession to obtain a 6 figure income, it will take you some effort and consistency in the real estate business to suceed.Good Luck.

I assume you're working for one of those business only type sales orgaizations, wacth yourself, they sell the "job" as being easy with thier training, and most in my area have gotten into trouble eventually, so train outside the office if this applies to you at all.If you cause any real estate transaction, buying, selling, leasing arrangement to be facilitated by your actions, you may need a real estate license.

Without constant training and incentive to work in the defense industry instead of elsewhere engineers find a better deal and move on.

That will continue to be the case, although modern scientists are trained to be less dogmatic than the "scientists" from midieval times.The question for us is how we wish to form our opinions about things.
