Second, like others had mentioned, the tough part may be your ability to execute on this.

If you are more of a DIY person, strong networker, can execute even with the going is tough, and have the time to figure it all out, then maybe you don't need a coach. 

I'd recommend you start looking for a replacement property now so that you can execute a 1031 exchange and defer the CG taxes (I'm assuming that you don't qualify for Primary Residence CG Exemption).

Two are vacation rentals and one is my home that I'm leaving and will rent out as an executive/corporate housing home (moving into my future husband's home, but want to keep mine). 

God forbid but if something happens at least they won't have to go through probate if at least one of those options is executed.
