All the Engineering has been done so now I'm now looking for funding.This is an area where many SF Bay area people move to and retire, new houses of this size and on this much land are going for up to 650K.Does anyone know of or can recommend a suitable lender for this type of project and a Builder or Lender / Builder combo if there is such a thing?

Its amazing how a few dollars/foot can really sway decisions of mid size companies.As far as amenities,  I would add a fitness center, possibly a nice break room, and little things that you can put on a marketing brochure.

In 2016, I sold 5 projects in that size range also, and some common feedback on those was basically they lacked something and were a little too small- maybe they needed one more guest room, or a big game room, etc.
