Purchased an older 50s cottage/bungalow home that has a decent sized basement.

Ensure that you're comparing apples to apples as well, meaning the properties you use for comparison's sake should not only be of a similar style, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms but should also be in similar quality to the level you intend to remodel your rental.If you are working with an agent and are trying to buy on market, they should be able to help with this.

Run comps I’m sure there are plenty of places that size if you are in a good sized vacation rental market.

But, you need to understand that the primary purpose for all of these podcasts is to serve as a marketing platform.

Bedroom sizes are "Chicago style" (aka small) which is the toughest sell of the apartment.It's gotten tons of attention so I am sure it will be leased up without a vacancy.

My tenants work on stuff like this, but the heat exchanger is about the size of 20-40 school busses. 

If it were my property, I would do what I could to have 2 good sized units with 2 bedrooms each.  

I’m wondering if this is fixable or whether I should change the countertop (the kitchen isn’t very large, standard condo size, so countertop isn’t grandiose). 

We both live on the truck and rarely take time off, so I am also hoping the first property could serve as both an investment and a primary residence.  

How would you enhance this bath a bit more based on this same size?
