Safe assumable numbers after repairs:NOI- 31200Taxes- 3000Insurance- 1200Refuse- 60 a moMunicipal- 60 a moCash flow- 1129 a moCap rate- 16.7DSCR- 2.03GRM- 5.1These numbers all assume a 0% down scenario, as I'll be using equity from another property for the downpayment at the same interest rate as the loan.
