@Vincent Gizzi FB is great for getting a lot of leads in a short amount of time but the quality usually isnt the best.FB leads oftentimes don't know what they're inquiring about despite having to go through 2-3 steps in order to submit their request.Not to say that it isn't a good source, it just takes time to fine-tune your posts/ads to get the responses from the most qualified prospects.

I'd say, you're covering a lot of good sources - Realtor, meetups, postcards.The key here will be to remain consistent.

It only says that I'm obligated to use the EIDL funds for working capital as a result of the disaster (pandemic).I'm not sure what your source was referring to, but glad you are getting additional opinions, as that would seem contrary to economic progress and wouldn't seem to make much sense.
