Florida Newbie - looking to learn real world...
I recently took the Florida real estate pre-licensing course and passed the course exam, so if I wanted to, i can sit for the state exam - BUT since passing the class exam, I've been getting multiple texts and mailings asking me to come 'work' for various realtors and broker offices... I am currently working full time in IT and making good money - so I have no current plans to leave - BUT I would like to see what more i could learn from an REI viewpoint... Should I start maybe PT with one of these folks - making sure to tell them my plans up front? is there a preferred realtor or broker to work for in this capacity that is friendly to investors or even mentoring? any ideas or direction would be appreciated.
