I am using a broker called Magnus Capital/Direct in Fountain Valley, CA.

Here is a view of the sunset over the river by the RV park we chose.We drove up here from Santa Cruz area, exploring Washington's coast and later Mt.

However, 72223 is the best zip code in Little Rock and properties down the street and by the river are selling for upward of a million dollars.The area is special to me because my grandmother, dad and all grew up in this area.  

then again in Valley City Ohio in 1987 2 offers in one month both legit ....Atlanta in 1991 again I had 3 offers in 10 days all legit... 

If one could stand it, living in a van by the river and putting all your money towards rental or appreciation property is the financially smart move.

I have lived all over the valley, from Litchfield Park to Scottsdale to East Mesa.
