As stated she has at best $25,000 in equity and that would not get her into a comparable property at 20% down not to mention all the relocation costs. 

This was a great experience with this particular unit as it is our first home that we decided to keep as a rental when my job required a short term relocation.

@Scott SmithHi Scott,I actually had one more question, a job relocation made me move out of state,would it make sense to sell the property (Personally without llc or Land trust)and purchase subsequent property ( looking to buy commercial with six or more units)under an llc.How does this approach fare withselling current property post transferring to an LLC from an asset protection perspective.Appreciate your input.

There has been companies relocating to the area with enough growth that Cincinnati and Dayton were considering a bid together when Amazon was looking for new headquarters.  

I am currently deployed (army); upon return I will be relocating to Mesa, AZ from the Twin Cities, MN.

We have a condo in North San Diego that used to be our primary residence, but due to relocation it has been a rental for the past 7 years.

Another suggestion would be to consider a relocation relator listing maybe targeting relocating individuals or families.

I’m in New Jersey, I think I should also consider relocating as well.

I moved from apartment to apartment and relocated renters as I fixed each one up.I sold the house in 2008 and moved the money into my Hotel.
