Yes, you can use a regular email address for your business LLC, but having a professional email address associated with your domain is generally recommended for a more credible and branded image.

Hey @Carlos Martinez - I'm a broker & investor in NYC. 1 - Technically getting insurance is on you, BUT it doesn't mean the agent shouldn't be helping you by giving some recommendations lol... it's an odd thing to tell your client that it's not your job anymore. 2 - In terms of paying out of pocket the commission difference, it depends on what agreement you had with your agent.

They have recommended to their other clients get them and as soon as our front loaders need replacing at the 4th house, I will be replacing with these also.

I would not recommend metal for rental property.
