I'm in my car, in front of the house, talking to a neighbor. all of a sudden the electrical inspector drives by slowly. he passes the house & goes 2 doors down, pulls into driveway, stops, pauses, reverses, & drives by us again.

I know there are some HOA with other hidden language in their docs that can give them addition rights in these areas, but I read the HOA docs and there are no other areas that I see deal with repairs of this nature.

Getting in to see it pre-list is to your advantage if you can pull it off.

In this case burner tubes may need to be pulled and cleaned.

Does pulling the permit trigger this withholding?

A couple of things that I have to do are hire an electrician to pull a permit and connect the power because the meter was removed.

Maybe there was a claim history with the property with students that the insurers could pull-up?
