Alternatively, if Air BNB/VRBO is not working out, then I can always switch to a traditional lease with long term tenant, also "investment" intent.My point #7 was a thought that did "feel" to me like it would be too manipulative and my pursuit of it wasn't a serious thought but wanted to get opinions just to have full scope of understanding how all this works being fairly new to the 1031 area of knowledge.I'll come back one day in the future and post how it's all progressing
